Dr. Dani Pope is the CEO and Founder of Trusted Results Therapy Group. Her professional journey began through athletics rather than traditional clinical pathways. As a young competitor, she discovered her aptitude for leadership and mentorship on the softball field, where she learned to motivate teammates, analyze strategy, and celebrate progress — skills that would later define her therapeutic approach.
Her formal education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a PhD in Human Behavior concentrating on how experience, environment, and biology collectively shape human development.
In 2023, Dr. Pope established Trusted Results Therapy Group to integrate evidence-based clinical practices with genuine human connection. Her vision prioritizes personalized, culturally responsive treatment rather than standardized approaches. The organization reflects her commitment to creating environments where clients experience validation, support, and agency — and where clinicians remain genuinely invested in facilitating meaningful transformation.

Okiya Smith serves as the Junior Clinical Practice Manager for the Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBHS) program at Trusted Results Therapy Group. In this role, he oversees the delivery of intensive, skills-based behavioral health support for children, teens, and families across South Carolina.
Okiya is responsible for supervising RBHS clinicians, ensuring service quality and compliance, and coordinating care with therapists, case managers, and healthcare providers. He works closely with families and schools to ensure that clients receive consistent, structured behavioral support that promotes emotional regulation, reduces challenging behaviors, and builds lasting coping skills.
His leadership helps ensure that RBHS services remain accessible, responsive, and aligned with each client's individualized treatment goals — particularly for families navigating the Medicaid system who need more than traditional outpatient therapy alone.
Phil Ganci, LMFT, serves as the Junior Clinical Practice Manager for outpatient therapy at Trusted Results Therapy Group. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, he brings both clinical expertise and operational insight to his role overseeing the outpatient therapy program.
Phil is responsible for supporting outpatient clinicians across all locations, ensuring consistent quality of care, and helping to refine clinical workflows that keep the client experience at the center. He works closely with therapists on case consultation, clinical best practices, and professional development.
His background in marriage and family therapy gives him a systemic perspective that strengthens the practice's approach to treating individuals, couples, and families. Phil is committed to fostering a supportive clinical environment where providers can do their best work and clients can experience meaningful, lasting progress.
Caroline Warren, RN, serves as the Psychiatric Program Manager at Trusted Results Therapy Group. As a Registered Nurse with a background in behavioral health, she brings clinical knowledge and operational expertise to the oversight of the practice's psychiatric services.
Caroline manages the coordination of care between the practice's psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and the broader clinical team. She ensures that clients receiving medication management and psychiatric evaluations experience seamless, well-coordinated care that aligns with their overall treatment plan.
Her responsibilities include scheduling oversight for psychiatric providers, supporting medication management workflows, facilitating communication between prescribers and therapists, and ensuring that the psychiatric program meets both clinical standards and client needs. Caroline's nursing background gives her a holistic understanding of how mental and physical health intersect, which strengthens the quality of care across the practice.
Danielle "Dee" Corcoran serves as the Psychological Testing Program Manager at Trusted Results Therapy Group. She oversees the practice's comprehensive diagnostic assessment services, including evaluations for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental and psychological conditions.
In her role, Dee manages the end-to-end testing process — from client intake and insurance authorization through assessment administration, scoring, interpretation, and feedback delivery. She coordinates closely with the practice's licensed psychologists and clinical assessors to ensure that every evaluation is thorough, timely, and clinically sound.
Dee is also responsible for maintaining testing program compliance, training assessment staff, and ensuring that clients and families receive clear, actionable results that inform treatment planning, educational accommodations (504 plans, IEPs), and ongoing care.
Shawan Boyd serves as the Administrative Lead at Trusted Results Therapy Group, where she ensures the smooth day-to-day operations that keep the practice running efficiently across all office locations.
Her responsibilities span front-office coordination, scheduling support, client communications, office supply and facility management, and administrative workflow optimization. Shawan serves as a key liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and clients, helping to resolve operational issues quickly and maintain a welcoming, professional environment at every location.
With a strong commitment to organization and service, Shawan plays a vital role in ensuring that both staff and clients have what they need for a positive experience. Her work behind the scenes allows clinicians to focus on what they do best — providing quality mental health care.
Terliski Johnson serves as the Billing and Insurance Manager at Trusted Results Therapy Group. She is responsible for overseeing all billing operations, insurance verification, claims processing, and revenue cycle management across the practice.
Terliski works directly with insurance companies to verify client benefits before first appointments, submit and track claims, resolve denials and appeals, and ensure accurate and timely processing. She also manages client billing inquiries, payment plans, and coordination with the practice's sliding-scale program.
Her expertise in mental health billing — including Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and managed care plans — helps ensure that clients can focus on their care without unnecessary financial confusion. Terliski's attention to detail and commitment to transparency are essential to maintaining the trust clients place in the practice.
Danielle Watts serves as the Referral Coordinator at Trusted Results Therapy Group. She is often the first point of contact for new clients, referral partners, physicians, schools, and community organizations reaching out to connect someone with mental health services.
Danielle manages the intake and referral pipeline, gathering key information about each new client's needs, preferences, and insurance coverage. She then works closely with the clinical team to match clients with the right provider — considering specialty areas, scheduling availability, location preferences, and therapeutic fit.
Her role is critical to the client experience at Trusted Results. By ensuring that every new referral is handled with care, responsiveness, and accuracy, Danielle helps set the stage for a strong therapeutic relationship from the very first interaction. She also maintains relationships with external referral sources, ensuring a smooth and reliable referral process for community partners.
Allison Edens serves as the Business Development Specialist at Trusted Results Therapy Group. She is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community partners, healthcare organizations, schools, and employers across South Carolina.
Allison works to expand awareness of TRTG's services and connect more individuals and families with the mental health care they need. Her outreach efforts include presenting to physician offices, school districts, employee assistance programs, and community organizations about the practice's comprehensive service offerings.
She also identifies opportunities for new partnerships and program growth, collaborating with leadership to ensure that TRTG's services are reaching the communities that need them most. Allison's relationship-building skills and commitment to the practice's mission play a key role in expanding access to quality mental health care statewide.
Keisha Washington serves as the Assistant Director of Program Development at Trusted Results Therapy Group. In this role, she supports the design, launch, and growth of new programs and service lines that address emerging community mental health needs across South Carolina.
Keisha works closely with clinical leadership to evaluate program feasibility, develop implementation plans, and ensure that new offerings align with the practice's mission of accessible, results-driven care. Her work has contributed to the expansion of services including school-based therapy, RBHS, and community outreach initiatives.
She brings a strategic, community-centered perspective to program development, ensuring that Trusted Results stays responsive to the evolving needs of the populations it serves. Keisha's dedication to expanding access to mental health care is central to the organization's continued growth and impact.
