I focus on helping clients build practical coping skills, strengthen communication, and work toward meaningful, realistic goals.
I have experience providing individual, family, couples, group, and school-based therapy, with a strong interest in supporting children and adolescents through emotional, behavioral, and life-transition challenges. Hi, I’m Dr. Lee (she/her), a Licensed Psychologist and Therapist at Trusted Results. I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University at Buffalo, and I’ve always been passionate about helping people create lasting, meaningful change in their lives.
My approach is rooted in transformational counseling—which goes beyond symptom relief to help clients explore deeper patterns, reconnect with their inner strengths, and live more authentic, fulfilling lives. I also draw from solution-focused and empowerment-based practices, helping people recognize what’s already working and build from there.
I got into this field because I believe in the human capacity for growth. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be when someone feels supported, seen, and encouraged to step into their full potential—and I feel honored to walk alongside people in that process.
Outside the therapy room, I love spending time outdoors, whether I’m dock diving with my dog or playing tennis. I try to bring that same energy—of joy, movement, and presence—into the work I do every day.
If you're looking for a supportive, empowering space to grow and heal, I’d be honored to work with you.

Your unique voice & self-expression matter. They are sacred extensions of who you are as a soul and what you have to offer this world. Unfortunately, so much gets in the way between feeling & owning what’s inside us, and releasing it fully. I am passionate about helping clients bridge that gap! If you feel an urge to connect with your authentic inner self, un-suppress your realest emotions, and uncage your desires & talents — my therapy is for you. You may be, or aspire to be, a singer, speaker, teacher, or healing artist. Or you may simply wish to feel more confident speaking up in relationships, setting boundaries, feeling empowered beyond co-dependency, and taking up space with your needs and ideas.
You may also be secretly struggling with disordered eating, perfectionism, control, or a challenging mother-daughter or other close relationship. However deep your wounds, therapy is a space for healing. In my approach, healing occurs through connecting with your whole embodied self, including your physical & metaphorical voice, as we lovingly explore your identity, self-worth, thought patterns, & relational dynamics.
I'm a board certified music therapist in addition to licensed clinical therapist. I’m also a pianist, singer & songwriter. My therapeutic style is relational, holistic, creative, somatic, and trauma-informed. I aim to create a sacred space where all emotions are welcome, and there is room for the messy and magical alike! Please don't hesitate to reach out.

I grew up as a military kid, became a soldier, and later a military spouse. That journey — spanning more than two decades inside military life — is at the heart of how I show up as a therapist. I understand firsthand the unique pressures that come with service: constant transitions, the weight of sacrifice, complicated grief, and the challenge of figuring out who you are when the uniform comes off.
I specialize in working with veterans, active duty families, athletes, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered — I meet you where you are, build around your goals and strengths, and move at your pace. Depending on what you need, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused approaches, and play therapy to support clients across the lifespan, from young children to adults.
I have experience working in individual, family, and group therapy settings, and I bring both clinical training and genuine relatability to every session. I currently see clients at Trusted Results Therapy Group in Columbia and via telehealth throughout South Carolina, and I am accepting new clients.

My approach is strengths-based and client-centered, rooted in the belief that you already hold the tools and wisdom needed for change. Together, we’ll work to uncover those strengths, deepen self-understanding, and create new pathways toward balance, resilience, and healing.
Therapy with me is relational and authentic—I show up as a real person, and I invite you to do the same. I understand that starting therapy can be intimidating, and I’m deeply honored by the trust it takes to begin this process. You don’t have to have it all figured out; we’ll take it one step at a time, together.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You might find yourself constantly worrying, feeling emotionally drained, struggling in your relationships, or trying to manage intense feelings that seem difficult to control. Maybe you’ve experienced things in the past that still affect you today, or you feel stuck in patterns that you wish you could change. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I work with adolescents, adults, families and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, grief and emotional regulation difficulties. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we create a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin developing tools that help you feel more grounded and confident in your daily life.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I believe that insight during a session is important, and that having skills you can use outside of sessions is equally important. I often incorporate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic work and trauma-informed approaches during sessions to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. I also utilize Gottman Method to work with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, help partners feel heard and understood, and strengthen connection.
When working with children and adolescents, I focus on building emotional regulation skills and navigating challenges at home, school, and in relationships while also supporting parents in strengthening communication and understanding.
My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and a more balanced life.

Hello, my name is Lesley Warren, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with Trusted Results Therapy Group.
I worked as a trained and licensed Massage Therapist for 23 years prior to realizing my dream to work with children and families.
I earned my master's in education in School Counseling from The Citadel Military College in Charleston, S.C. and worked as a therapist at an elementary school and at a middle school within the Charleston County School District.
I know from personal experience the challenges and difficulties that can be present in families. My two brothers and I were raised by a single mom. I have struggled with anxiety and depression throughout much of my life leading me to the path I am on today. I have come to learn that those years and experiences have become gifts, and I believe they have contributed to my ability to work as a child and family therapist. This allows me to support children and their families as they learn healthy ways to cope with life’s many challenges.
Since I can remember, I have been interested in human behavior, and as a young child, for instance, I often found myself wondering why the bully in class acted the way he/she did, or why the child in the back row came to school wearing the same clothes day after day.
My approach to counseling is integrative in that I pull from different evidence-based counseling theories and customize therapy plans to fit each individual’s needs and expectations.
I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for children, adolescents, and families to explore their feelings, allowing us to work together towards creating a more meaningful and balanced life.
In my spare time, I love being with my precious fur babies and dream of someday having a rescue farm where children and families can come and enjoy learning about animals and experience the kindness that they have to offer. I also love spending time with my family and friends, and enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, and attending live music concerts.
"When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone."

I am committed to creating a space that’s real, respectful, and down-to-earth—where you can talk openly, without judgment. Whether we’re working through stress, anxiety, relationships, or just trying to make sense of life, my focus is on helping you build the tools and mindset to move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, I’m usually running, rock climbing, or doing something active that helps me reset. I believe progress comes from showing up and doing the work—even when it’s tough.

Hi, I’m Petronia Williams, an LPC-Associate providing outpatient therapy to individuals and families in Columbia, South Carolina, as well as through telehealth. I work with children ages 10–12, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults (65+), supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, and challenges related to family dynamics, self-esteem, and personal growth.
I’m deeply rooted in the South, and growing up in a close-knit family and small-town community shaped my appreciation for meaningful relationships, connection, and support. These experiences influence my belief that healing happens best when individuals feel seen, heard, and valued at every stage of life.
My clinical background includes working with both school-aged children and geriatric populations, which allows me to thoughtfully support clients across the lifespan. I utilize an integrative approach grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This allows us to explore your experiences with empathy and compassion while also developing practical coping skills and tools for change. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, emphasizing authenticity, openness, and trust in the therapeutic relationship. When appropriate, I also believe humor can be a helpful and connecting part of the healing process.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. It is truly an honor to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, resilience, and deeper self-understanding.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. My work focuses on supporting women, veterans, and adolescents navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity development, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship stress. I believe therapy should feel structured yet human, a space where you should feel both safe and gently challenged. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), existential therapy, narrative work and strength-based interventions. I help clients explore meaning, values, and purpose while also developing practical skills for emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth. Jamie Bernoi is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston and a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from The Citadel. Her clinical experience includes providing ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), case management for individuals with intellectual and related disabilities, working in residential treatment for addictions and co-occurring disorders, and supporting older adults impacted by trauma in both individual and group settings.
She believes everyone is doing their best in each moment and meets individuals with compassion, curiosity, and respect—creating a safe, welcoming space for healing and growth. She is dedicated to supporting individuals, 18 and older, navigating depression, anxiety, the impact of trauma over the lifespan, grief or loss, and life transitions. Her goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process life’s challenges and move toward meaningful change.
She utilizes CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Brainspotting to meet the individual's unique needs towards healing. EMDR and Brainspotting are both trauma-focused approaches that help painful memories lose their emotional charge, keeping the past out of the present, creating space for what you'd like in the future. EMDR uses gentle bilateral stimulation, while Brainspotting taps into eye positions to release deep emotional wounds-empowering you to move forward.
Jamie is passionate about learning and everyone’s potential for personal growth. In her spare time, she pursues continuing education to stay current in the mental health and fitness fields. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, traveling, teaching group fitness, and reading fiction.
Free consultations available. In-person and virtual sessions offered.

Hi, I'm Candice. I am a bilingual therapist with years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families in healing and navigating life's toughest challenges. I enjoy working with children of all ages, even very young kiddos and providing prenatal and perinatal support. As a mom of 2, I know that parenting brings huge rewards and also huge challenges. Sometimes as a parent/caregiver, our own trauma or other “stuff” can pop up and interfere with the parent-child relationship. I’m particularly interested in supporting parents/caregivers in navigating those challenges and fostering the relationship you and your child both want. I am also passionate about promoting healthy sexuality across the lifespan and supporting families in having important conversations around those topics.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, strengths-based, holistic, and grounded in science. I am trained in multiple trauma-focused and evidence-based treatments, and I enjoy incorporating play and other creative techniques that support self-expression. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel supported and not judged. I have years of experience working with heavy trauma, complex family dynamics, and intense levels of shame. Without even meeting you, I know that you are worthy of love and belonging. You are the expert on your life. You’re capable of your own healing. I am here to support you on that journey.
In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, doing yoga, and playing at the beach. I call Charleston home and am deeply grateful for the natural beauty where we live. I also love to travel when I can, especially in Latin America. I consider myself a life-long learner and am always looking to challenge myself and grow.

Hello! My name is Jacqui (pronounced jack-kee) and I am extremely excited to be apart of Trusted Results. I have a background in individual, family, groups, faith and school based therapy. I enjoy walking alongside individuals as they navigate through life’s ups and downs. I always tell my clients, I’m not here to judge, I am here to assist with making the best informed decision and maintain confidence in their decision making skills. I am very matter of fact in session and see the importance of assisting each person with navigating through their own biases so they can heal, destroy bad cycles and move forward with new tools to improve their life. I am married to a wonderful human who is beautiful and amazing but inside and out. I have two very busy and amazing children who keep me “young.” I am currently in school working towards my Ph.D in Integrative Social Work. I have a huge passion for social justice more specifically centered around those who are incarcerated or returning citizens. When I grow up, I hope to create programs and systems to reduce recidivism especially in South Carolina and eliminate the stigma that comes along with being an incarcerated or formerly incarcerated person. I could go on and on but, that’s the short version. I am an active member of my church community. When I have free time I like to cuddle up on a comfy couch with my favorite blanket and DO NOTHING and when I want to live on the wild side, I turn on the tv and watch Netflix lol. I would absolutely love the opportunity to assist you in any capacity I am able, to navigate through through your life’s journey. So come on , exhale , bring tissue and have a seat. You deserve it and most importantly you’re worth it.

Hi! I’m Emma Ethredge, a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate with Trusted Results Therapy. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Clemson University and a master’s in Mental Health Clinical Counseling from Liberty University. I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan—from teens and young adults navigating identity and life transitions, to adults of all ages facing anxiety, relationship challenges, or the weight of self-doubt and fear of failure.
In therapy, I provide a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their stories, recognize patterns that keep them stuck, and discover healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I especially value helping people release shame, break free from unhealthy relational cycles, and begin to see themselves with more compassion and curiosity. For clients who desire it, I also offer the integration of Christian faith into counseling, making room to explore how beliefs and identity connect.
Alongside talk therapy, I will soon be able to offer EMDR therapy to support clients in processing trauma and building resilience. My hope is that clients leave our work together not just with coping skills, but with a renewed sense of identity, deeper confidence, and the ability to embrace life more fully. Outside of the office, I enjoy being active outdoors—running, skating, surfing, or doing Pilates—along with reading, exploring new places, and connecting with others.
